Here’s the flow of the evening:
1. Casual Networking:
We start gently - grab a coffee, meet some brilliant women, and ease into conversation without pressure or awkward intros.
2. Live Talk from Steph:
Each month, Steph delivers a short, impactful talk combining mindset coaching and strategic insight. This month’s topic:
“Defining Your Version of Success”
→ We’ll explore how to untangle your goals from people-pleasing, burnout cycles, and old definitions that no longer fit - and create a vision that feels genuinely yours.
3. Time to Work on You:
After the talk, you'll dive into a short guided workbook to reflect, plan, and apply what you’ve learned - so you leave with clarity, not just inspiration.
4. Support & Shared Accountability:
Our sessions are designed to help you connect, collaborate, and grow — not just on the day, but in the weeks that follow. Many of our attendees keep in touch, co-work, and cheer each other on between events.
