Meet Steph

Steph Nelson is a UK based mindset mentor, workshop facilitator, public speaker and podcast host supporting purpose led professionals how to manage their nervous system to reduce stress, improve job satisfaction and build highly fulfilling lives without giving up on their big ambitions.  
 
Steph started her first business Calm Creations Club after leaving her job as a leader in Education. Having experienced the effects of burnout and physical stress first hand, Steph was passionate about providing opportunities for people to regulate their nervous system through art. Steph has recently completed her Life Coaching Diploma and is currently training as a NLP practitioner. 
 
When Steph first reached burnout she turned to personal development, coaching and mentoring to help her along her healing journey. She has now evolved her business to include group coaching, 1:1 coaching and corporate packages with an aim to help as many people as possible avoid the pitfalls that she personally experienced.

After training as a professional public speaker at the start of 2025 Steph now shares her experience and roadmap from stress to success in her signature system aptly named C.R.E.A.T.E (standing for clarity, resilience,  empowerment, alignment, transformation and expression). It is through this system that Steph supports purpose driven professionals through a range of delivery methods including workshops, talks, group coaching and 1:1 sessions. 

To date Steph has worked with numerous organisations across the West Yorkshire region including St Gemmas Hospice, Leeds Beckett University, Santander and West Yorkshire ADHD support. She is delighted to be working on a ground breaking new programme in collaboration with West Yorkshire Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub to deliver creative wellbeing support to health care professionals across the area.
